
Robert is the firm's senior lawyer and the son of John R. Trinkle who founded the firm in 1928. Robert concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and real estate. He recently completed terms on the St. Joseph's-Baptist Healthcare Board and the Board of the Florida Southern College. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. and was Chancellor of the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church from 1980 to 1997. He is past President of the Florida Strawberry Festival. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and graduated from Indiana University and the University of Michigan Law School.

Conrad is a senior partner in the firm practicing in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, business law and foreclosures for more than 35 years. Conrad is a Member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar Association. He graduated from Wooster College and received his law degree from Duke University. Conrad lives in Brandon and is active in the Brandon 86 Rotary Club.

Receiving his Law and undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida, Daniel practices in the areas of business law, estate planning, real estate and litigation; and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar Association. Appointed by Gov. Jeb Bush, Daniel currently serves on the Hillsborough Community College District Board of Trustees. He also serves on the Board of the Plant City YMCA and is an Associate Director of the Florida Strawberry Festival.

James received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and law degree from the University of Florida. He has served as the President of the Plant City Lions Club and serves on the Board of the Plant City YMCA. James is a past president of the Plant City Bar Association and is a member of First Baptist Church of Plant City. He practices in the areas of family law, business law, real property and land use permitting.

After serving as a Senior Attorney and Vice President for Citicorp North America, Keith joined the Trinkle firm in 2003 to concentrate his practice in the areas of business law, commercial litigation and family law. Before relocating to Florida, Keith practiced law in Baltimore Maryland, serving as the judicial clerk for the Honorable David Ross in the Maryland Circuit Court, and then as an attorney for the Eccleston & Wolf law firm. Keith received his undergraduate degree from Western Maryland College and his law degree with honors from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware.
